About the project

A world-class platform for women, culture, tourism, and enterprise.

Ada Abia Festival 2026 commemorates the 35th anniversary of Abia State by celebrating the beauty, strength, resilience, creativity, and entrepreneurial excellence of young Abia women.

Presented by Culture Television Production Services in collaboration with Ada Abia Festival Limited, the festival promotes tourism, investment opportunities, youth empowerment, girl-child education, local business, and cultural heritage.

Ada Abia Pageant

A beauty and intellect competition for young women from Abia's 17 LGAs, celebrating culture, intelligence, entrepreneurship, and social-impact ideas. Official prizes are $15,000, $10,000, and $5,000.

Young Women Entrepreneurs Exhibition

A trade expo and networking hub for fashion, textiles, beauty, cosmetics, agriculture, food processing, technology, innovation, creative arts, and crafts.

Fashion and Creative Showcase

A runway featuring young Abia fashion designers and highlighting local fabrics, African fashion, and innovative designs.

Innovation and Business Pitch Competition

Young female innovators and entrepreneurs pitch to investors, business leaders, and development partners for seed funding, mentorship, and business support.

Cultural Heritage Display

Traditional dances, cultural displays, indigenous cuisine exhibitions, arts, and crafts celebrating Abia's rich heritage.
